The Denbighshire branch of the Farmers' Union of Wales has organised a farm visit to county chairman Glyn Jones's farm, Cwm y Geifr, Llanarmon Dyffryn Ceiriog, Llangollen, on Monday, November 3, 2008 commencing at 3.30pm.
Plaid Cymru MEP for Wales Jill Evans will attend to hear farmers' concerns on a range of issues.
Later that evening, the county branch's annual general meeting will take place at the Lecture Theatre, Llysfasi College of Agriculture, Ruthin, commencing at 7.30pm. Guest speakers will be Jill Evans; John Dracup, of St Merryn's Meats; and Gareth Vaughan, FUW president.
